i happen to download tote board for this race.
the 1/3 exacta payout was $323.90
the $1 win was $41.20.
if you played your # 1 horse over all of my 2nd place horses, at the % indicated, your $1 return for that play would be $62.89, 152% better than the $1 win bet.
of course, if all of my 2nd place choices failed to place, you lose, however, over a limited number plays, about 50, such a loss is overcome by the winning plays.
