Good morning everyone. I'll be starting with R1 Vaal today. Post time is about 45-50 minutes away. I'm just looking over the card now. Iv'e really enjoyed handicapping the SA tracks mostly these past couple of weeks. These tracks are kind of new to me, but Iv'e grown a fond liking to them. I'm starting to learn the owners, trainers, and jockeys very well. Anyway's today most of my focus will probaby be on Vaal with the occasional GB race also. We have Newcastle and Exeter starting around 9:00AM. If you are following along or doing your own handicapping this morning, as always good luck to you.

R1 Vaal #'s :1:, :7:, :11:, & :14:. I'd bet based upon the final odds. As a backup bet play the :10: over these four in exacta's and tri's.

To give you an idea on how to structure your bets. Any of these horses that are under 10-1 I'd bet two units to win. The :11: looks like the horse might stay as a longshot, so I'd bet one unit to win on him. Finally play the :10: over the other four horses for $1.00 exacta and either $0.20 or $0.50 cent tri.

The :14: may also go off at over 10-1 odds.
