Special counsel Robert Mueller
, due to Comey's testimony, should resign and recuse himself from the Russia Investigation. Mueller by all accounts is a close friend of Comey, to avoid the appearance of impropriety he needs to recuse himself from the investigation.
I hope some level-headed elected officials start calling for Mueller to recuse himself.

Speaking of that, how about that little turd of a justice Darth Vader Ginsberg recusing herself for any suit involving Trump after Kathy-Griffin level comments about him. Will the useless little old bitch sit it out?

No doubt she should. The solicitor General should make a motion for Justice Ginsberg to recuse herself every time the Solicitor General represents President Trump in front of the Court.

What tortured logic yields this conclusion?
|
What feeble minds would disagree with it?

I could be wrong, I do that like everyone. The possibility that she has a full life that sometimes takes over is a very real possibility. That is unlike yourself that is.

t's somewhat ironic, no? I mean, the whole purpose of the special counsel is to have a prosecutor from outside the government and outside of the normal chain of command because inherent conflicts render the Justice Department incapable of handling it. So, now the special counsel is a close friend (mentor/mentee relationship) with the star witness, who by his own admission leaked the memos at least in part to engineer the appointment of a special counsel. Only in Washington. You can't make this stuff up.

If Mueller does not resign it calls his credibility into question. The appearance of impropriety is unavoidable, in light of Comey's testimony. Comey, by his own admission, leaked his FBI work product, through a friendly third-party, to the press with the intent to have a special counsel appointed. How much influence did Comey have on the selection process of Mueller.
If he does not resign, the DOJ should terminate him from his position of special counsel.

Comey was fired on May 9.
On May 17 Mueller was appointed.
In view of his close friendship with Comey, Mueller should never have accepted the appointment.
It's doubtful that he will recuse himself.
A Senate Intelligence Committee should recommend to the President to fire him.

Comey didn't appoint Mueller, Rosenstein did.
Comey didn't have any idea who would be appointed.
Being friends with someone isn't grounds for recusal.
I don't think you could have a more honorable, experienced and honest man in the job than Mueller.
Of course if the whacko, alt-right doesn't get their way about every little thing they cry like whiny little bitches.

Both Dems and Reps used to say the same thing about Comey at one time....now...not so much, depending on the day of the week.
