Maybe Attila the Hun was a race horse, big favorite, who lost and cost someone a lot of money.

Ahead of the NATO summit in July, President Donald Trump's advisers were worried about another clash like the one that took place at the G7 in early June.
•To head off a potential showdown, White House advisers pushed NATO officials to finish a final agreement before the summit even began.
•Trump was only shown a broad outline of the directive, rather than the full text, which officials on both sides of the Atlantic praised.
advisers turned baby sitters :faint:

President Trump on Saturday lashed out at Attorney General Jeff Sessions, tweeting he’s “scared stiff.”

The most divisive, and troubled president I have lived through, and that goes back to FDR.
Please remember, most good republican leaders could accomplish his “successes”, but only he can be so divisive.
I have been in NYC construction for over 60 years, and I will say that being divisive is a tactic by few in a leadership position.

Trump has never understood that he is the leader of a country, not a company

He is a typical white person, clutching his guns and bible.
Bottom line, he, ah,he, uh, eh didn't build that!

That and Tasti Taters.

Both are about as relevant to National Security, but one is nice and tasty.

It is truly amazing how different our visions are.
Someday, with enough data, our separate visions will be focused through a filter, eliminating much of the noise, allowing us to see things clearer and get closer to the truth. Not in our life time. "...sad..."

I don't know what was not clear about this - the Senate named the bill after McCain to honor him for his service.
YOU seem to thing it is an indictment on Trump.
However you get your jollies, I guess.
You sound like Teach. :bang:

formula_2002 08-14-2018 05:04 PM

Tom, imagine a race call without naming the horses.

Trump named about 10 people he associated with the Bill, excluding
Senator John McCain who serves as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Armed Services and for which the bill is name.

In my estimation of Trump, he would have mentioned Donald Duck before mentioning McCain.

Again, Trump can not separate his personal issues from his national responsibilities.

Tom 08-14-2018 05:33 PM

Did McCain have much to do with the bill, or was he just the name put on it?
And so what if he didn't mention him?
MCAIN spent more of his time trying to undermine Trump than he did representing jid state.

Is that all you got whine about?

Senator John McCain serves as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Armed Services

I guess you would be happier if they named it after Sarah Palin?

The "Heroic Sarah Palin Military Bill"?

Ely! He's doing it again.
Please, take care of this!

hcap, I ask you again.....

Did McCain have much to do with the bill, or was he just the name put on it?
I am not the one making it an issue, - that would be Formula.
I don't care who it got named after.
Is this all you got to whine about?

anyone who can not note the indecency of the President not mentioning the McCann's name has views 180 degrees of mine.
That goodness we all only get one vote!!
