Alan Arkin passed away at 89
 

Good actor, drama or comedy..The Heart is a Lonely Hunter was a very good movie.

The In-Laws had me laughing hysterically.

Serpentine Shel, serpentine…:lol:

Virtually the whole movie was a laugh fest. especially the scene in the diner concerning the theft of the plates.

Freebie and the Bean for me. Laughed my ass off at his dead pan cop role.
In-Laws had me in stitches too. :D

I thought The Kominsky Method was his best work. But, The In Laws was a scream too.

Best dead pan ever

His son is very talented too.

Directs a bunch really good tv

I thought he was great too in Catch 22 as the lead in an all star cast.

Really not familiar with his work.

An incredible actor.


He was doing good work right up to the end, I thought he was great in Spencer Confidential that just came out in 2020, and the Kominsky Method right before that. What a long career and so many different parts. I remember Freebie and the Bean from way back.
