Work in progress...basic idea is for posters to copy and paste the vertical saddle numbers to a new post after indicating the track, race and date in the caption box or on the first line of the post...
...after the runner numbers, then the poster can use the emoticons to label how his take on the race...

Once you do it you will understand the logic behind it...it is very simple but confusing at first (after all I just now came up with this idea myself)...It is a symbolic sign language that can be used while watching TVG or at the races or to convey selections for future races...copy the vertical saddle cloth numbers from one of the existing posts (or make one yourself) I copy it...when the odds are displayed in the form, or in real time on TVG or at the track then place a :)(Sun) next to any horse that is less than 10-1
Place a :eek: (Doppelganger) next to any horse over 10-1...use more :eek:'s to represent longer odds in increments of ten...

If you know who the morning line is, then place a:coffee: next to it...

The Post Time favorite will get a :rolleyes:...When it is the same as the Morning Line Favorite, that looks like this :coffee::rolleyes:....
If a horse is running that is on your Horse to Watch list, or seems LIVE in the post parade, award him with :jump: (Vivos, the genii of fitness...

If you think the horse will perform poorly, is a quitter, or bounce candidate then give him a :liar: (Belial, a liar and trickster deity)....

Use :cool:(Aton, the Selector) to award a horse as your top pick...

Other emogies can be used to further embellish the field if desired....such as :faint: for live long shot...

Be sure to show scratches as :rip:...and if you really dislike a runner....use the :puke:which means a complete Toss.

Then list your bet below this using only emogies placed vertically...any number that has a corresponding emogie is meant to be bet in the order it is placed...top, win, exacta, tri, etc...
