How long till the property is sold and redeveloped? California is in push for areas like this to develop high-rise condos and apartments. Galvin the new Governor is on board to get it done.

Yes they did. The drainage ( Asphalt Base) clogged up from rain that washed silt into the base. The cheap fix was the Pro Ride polymer to encapsulate thousand and stop the silt. The stats did show...

I believe that Santa Anita is in a "Hope" plan now and that is not a business plan. Santa Anitas failure will carryover to the rest of Horse Racing.

Santa Anita Shuts Down

Santa Anita to shut down to do extensive testing to determine the safety of the track after another break down of a 4 year old filly making that 21 fatalities.
