How was there no inquiry for 2nd?

At the very least there should have been an inquiry, and after seeing the full head-on of the stretch run, an easy DQ. The stewarding in this country is abysmal.

There was a time when horses with the same name ran in the same race. I believe it was in SoCal as I seem to remember Trevor was the caller and distinguished them by country.

There is a reason, outside the shaky decisions made on inquiries/objections, that I wish the state steward was gone. Sunday was a perfect example. Race 2 had a timing malfunction and was hand timed....

I have no idea who came up with this bet and thought it would work. Even the CAWs wouldn't have played it IMO, which might be why they are supposedly "not allowed" in.

I totally get it, there is no good side here. But at the end of the day taking money from Saudi will always be worse than the other side, even if the margin is small. That's my opinion, anyway.
