I haven't seen any evidence that Q is an actual Washington insider.
There's proof that an extremely wealthy convicted pedophile has strong ties to leading members of government (including the Clintons) and substantial circumstantial evidence that others with political power are also either pedophiles or have similar political and money raining relationships.
