My question for the Obama administration is this. If a person identifies as black, are they allowed when applying to colleges to use the quota system many universities put in place to ensure diversity. If a person identifies as black, the color of their skin should not matter in determining if a person qualifies or not. Only what they think should matter. Here is a story for everyone about medical school and diversity. Yes the person faked it, but I found it interesting.
