The Lincoln race track use to have a window for win, place and show wagers so you wouldn't have to stand behind somebody who was reeling off a bunch of exotic combinations. The exotic bettors ignored the sign and the teller took their bets any way. I use to get so steamed because I have always waited until the seconds to make my win wagers. It is not the exotic bettors had any idea of what odds they getting any way.
