You can't run a government the way you run your own business. When you own your own business you can do whatever you want...and you can fire all those who are "disloyal" to you. But in government you have to compromise in order to get things done...and the "loyalty" of the government officials should be to the constituents whom they represent, and not to the man in the White House. Trump could never understand that.
