The Supreme Court has absolutely nothing to do with the impeachment process. It is solely handled by the House and Senate. Any change to this process would also have to come form the very same people in Congress.
There is no repeal process or intervention process other than a hostile takeover of our current governmental system, laws, and constitution. (aka a 2nd Civil War).

Yes I understand all that, executive privilege is going to be used and that will set the stage, plus the bogus way they started the special council combined with fruit from the poison tree. Half of these lawmakers will be dead of natural causes before they beat the President in court.
