Tough card. Like a few. Will try to play live, so some of these might change.
Race 1 -
Sweet Diamond (13:1)
Race 4 -
Dragon Star (12:1)- never been 1800M and other speed in the race; but breaks inside and gets Purton - angle last race
Pakistan Friend (18:1) - out of form for quite a while but looked alive beating some bottom feeders in a recent trial - now or never
Turtle Again (9:1) - good races at the distance and gets the rail - no room last out. Chadwick is a huge negative but should be able to get a very nice trip.
Race 5 -
Celestial Colours (5:1)- very tough race but HUGE trial, where he dusted Stoltz and a few other decent horses. Won 2 back but not crazy about the shape or Bowman. Depends on the odds.
Race 7 -
Brave Star (5:1) - won 2 recent trials - some nice races - but Hewitson is the reason this horse doesn't have a couple more wins - though Lui and Hewitson are a very strong combo.
Beauty Infinity (3:1) - always tries - Purton
Race 8 -
Excel Wongchoy (14:1)- last at Sha Tin better than it looks - class drop - Ng
