I can't exactly make out that sign. If it is for a type of entry level job, I would say the most important job requirement would be basic good work habits. As someone who in the past had the unpleasantness of dealing with entry level workers, lack of intelligence isn't a deal killer on doing a lot of jobs. If you can learn not to be married to your cell phone you can be
a lot more valuable than someone a lot brighter than you are in many jobs.
