Toss Kavanaugh and put someone up without this baggage.
It's really not rocket science and there's an election in 45 days.
Take a setback and turn it around and go on offense... that's what should have happened and it's too late now but that was the play.

Some say approval of Kavanaugh would hurt the GOP with women voters in November. I doubt it. I think failure to confirm him would hurt the GOP with many voters. They would not vote Dem, they just would not vote, out of disgust with the GOP and the process.
