As a Platform, Twitter is not entirely “bunkable”...you see “They” needed something that most everyone would think was really bunk, all the way around and not in the least bit useful...then practically nobody would pay attention after awhile and would just consider everything said by Q to be either a lie, or disinformation...THAT WAY “They” can now speak the uncoded truth to each other without having to encrypt it...Twitter would be useless in that regard...hope this helps...
