I recently discovered some of my own (which I shall not bore you with) while watching a TV show. Shocked me but the memory was quite vivid.

BTW, they can also be complete fiction.

I thought memory repression was to forget bad events? Since I think I remember quite a few beatings I got from my dad for nothing, getting hit by a car, a friend accidentally setting me on fire, etc,etc I don't seem to have a habit of blocking out bad events.
