I tried to quit smoking many times and never could.
Then I tried hypnosis and it worked, but it took about a month.
That was in the mid 80s and to this day, I have not had an urge to smoke. From the time I smoked my last one. I never wanted another one.You can smoke in front of me and it will bother me. You can blow smoke in my face and it won't bother me.
I actually don't even notice the smell of smoking in the same room. Like it is not there.
