Yes, they are doubling down on why they lost the last election.
Getting impeached does not mean he is out of office.

I'll pause here to allow NJStinks time to whine about that not being fair, even though it is the law!

Getting impeached and then staying office would ensure a second term.

I wonder how much those actors are getting paid to 'protest' and go to jail? Did they advertise for them on craigslist, or they just show up by word of mouth?

People are invited inside an open air setting, I believe the setting should be sectioned to include greater amount of seats for the public but a thick glass barrier that is soundproof one way. In short speaker piped into public section.

You're posting this because you think this shows something?

Kavanaugh makes a perfectly valid point. This is a gotcha question. Perhaps he did talk to someone and he didn't know they worked at that firm? Is that not a possibility? So if he says no, but actually did talk to someone about the Mueller case with someone who works at that firm without his knowledge, they use it against him.

So he did the smart thing. Nice try.

I'll be honest the more Kavanaugh talks the less I like him... he seems much more like a legal operative than a jurist.

It does not matter in the least what you or I like, he will be seated on or around September 20 guaranteed. RBG is next, count on it. You will be in your 90's if you live that long before there will be any swing left inside the high court. All the men in my family make late 80's to 90, what about you?
