btw, if what I read about the design of that ballot is correct (that the Senate race was completely outside the scanners reach) then somebody is either an idiot or they did it deliberately

While some Machiavellian fraud scheme sounds great these people can't even run a normal ****ing election let alone hope to influence one... 
What's happening right now is they are counting votes. When they are done they will go to a machine and then likely hand count.
Its extremely unlikely Nelson wins but if he does I don't think its shenanigans... these people are just hopeless... as LDH's post shows.
Could be the new Congress' first bipartisan agenda item... A new Voter Rights Act.

The fact is that Brenda Snipes has access to 10s of thousands of signed ballots
that have no votes recorded for the senate and she's not letting anybody but her democratic staff look at them.
She could possibly vote thousands of times for the candidate of her choice.

I would bet in future elections this county will be crawling with DOJ officials witnessing/referring/overseeing, etc. I'm talking lock the place down and watch every move by every election worker.

Humans never cheat...and they would never look for an angle that might get their preferred candidate extra votes...
Ely said that would never happen...anything that may LOOK like that is simply incompetence, because incompetent people NEVER cheat.

Voting should be done on computers. Period.
People who can log in, confirm their identity, should be able to log in and vote from the comfort of their home.
You can do online banking from your home or your phone. They are 1 million times more secure and trustworthy than a voting machine in this country.
If you don't have those mechanism's at home, then by all means go to your local voting chamber and log in and vote. Again, on a computer.
No more goddman pen, paper, or pencil shit. This is 2018. This is beyond ridiculous.
