Bajarano man, butchered the 4 in the 7th there on the turn, should have won at 7/1.

R2 - #9 Suspicious Spouse 5/1
R6 - #5 Terrys Tom Cat 8/1
R7 - #7 Fly to Mars 5/1

what a great card, the Bing Crosby is a tremendous race that could be won by 5-6 horses and thats with a former champion in it.

Thought you had the 3rd also. Handicapping that race, I just couldn't get behind the eventual winner. Didn't trust him. Fooled again.
Track looked tiring. A number of horses looked wiped out on the gallop outs. I kind of thought that last week also. Doubtful we see a horse with 3 solid starts on the dirt this meet.

I keep hearing no one is there but on that pan shot sure looked pretty busy to me. Guess the numbers will tell the story.

Struggled mightily with Saturday's Del Mar card. So much so I decided not to play the Tournament.
For me race after race had a favorite I couldn't possibly bet on but would have felt little confidence betting against.
Horse's like
Yesterday's Charm
Very Very Stella
Kershaw
Pee Wee Reese
Roy H.
Just never got any feel or traction. Don't HAVE to play.
We'll get the next one.
Best of luck to anyone who loves the card.

Well the Baffert filly didnt fall into my contest so no loss there.
Kershaw is going to be very very hard to beat, I am just taking the horse and not trying to be cute. I hate Pee Wee Rees. Roy H is going to have to have his A game but he is the likely winner. Still though, have to take a shot against him in this spot, races dont get tougher than this. Very Very Stella will be tough but Kochees can beat her. 5th is a great betting race. Great card.

Less than a mile from Del Mar.
Eaten there plenty of times. The place is unique and a little different than most. But, I didn't know Festis ate there so I'm with Ray. It now takes priority over Fidel's

I didn't know Tony's Jacal had a Twitter handle! I used to be a Fidel's fan (and I still love Fidel's, as well as Norte's in Carlsbad), but Tony's Jacal has become a must-attend whenever I go down to North County (a few times a year).
The lady at the front of Tony's Jacal has been working there for many, many years.
BTW, Andy, check out Bongiorno's in Solana Beach for pizza.
