The biggest standout for week 5 at Belmont was C Clement he had 49 points to cap the week!!!

Interesting to note, that G C Contessa also had 5 wins but his point total was smaller as only 6 of his 16 entries hit the board and he finished the week with 38 points!!!

Clement's horses gave you a 153% return per $2 win place and show wager!!

Only 2 of his 11 entries were off the board last week!!!

Let's see if he can follow up next week with some big prices on the Turf!!!

The point system for the Trainers is a staggered system based on win, place and show returns. Every 20% increase in returns would be worth 2 points along with 5 points for a win, 4 points for place, and 3 points for show

Contessa has been doing his thing lately he only went 1 for 3 yesterday but many of the horses scratched out of 9th race yesterday so he got an 8-1 Morning Line to win but for a short price

Contessa had 38 points last week to finish 2nd behind Clement for week 5!!!

He had 11 points yesterday as #9 Bon Raison came through in the 8th race and paid $26 across the board!!!

His barn has been on fire lately let's see if he can keep it going!!!

The top point scorers from last week into this week are Clement, Contessa and Sciacca and they have entries on today's card before scratches!!!

Contessa went 2 for his last 6 but got 10 points for the wins even though his return percentage has gone down from 92% to 64% from October 3rd

Let's see what Clement, Contessa and Sciacca do today!!!

Contessa's horse was off the board Saturday, Sciacca's horse was scratched.

Clement had a winner and a 3rd place finish but his return percentage took a dip since the beginning of the month

The only significant profit was playing his horses to show which gave you a 33% return per $2 show wager on the day!!!

He is still on fire for the month so let's keep a sharp eye on his barn!!!
