Is that one of Schumer's mainstream mommas?

A couple of things strike me. One is that the behavior of the Dems is louder and baser, but in the same vein as McConnell when Obama nominated Merrick Garland.

But I think the big thing, (and this is always the big thing) is abortion. The pro-life people see the appointment of Kavenaugh as the way to make the repeal of Roe v Wade a fait accompli.

He's going to get appointed and there is really isn't anything the Dems can do.

Roe v. Wade will not be over-turned, it is settled law which established a Constitutional right. However, like all constitutional rights there can be commonsense limitations on the Constitutional right, just like the left calls for limitations on the right to-bear-arms. More than likely the right to obtain an abortion will be limited and not unrestricted. Perhaps the State may require permits to obtain the procedure.

Abortion is not even on my list of concerns for him.
I think the left is using that as the boogie man.
The real thing they are afraid of is he will not be tool like the Sonya Moonbean - he will actually fo the laws of OUR country.
Something the left has a real problem with.
Ask NJStinks - the electoral college is unfair, nevermind it has been the law since day 1.

Liberals, as a group, do not understand the law. Or care about it.

Repeal of Roe v Wade is not part of the 2020 strategy. Systematically disassembling of the last 30 years of globalist policy is.

It is patriotic to not understand the Constitution and then to obstruct, based on your ignorance of the Constitution.

it really never matters to me who the Supreme Court Justices are, but the last guy they picked Neil Gorsuch, seemed to be a great choice. this guy Kavannah has as much business being on that court as the man on the moon, yet he is going to get ok'd.

Quote of the week from Sen. Ben Sasse, regarding fears of Kavenaugh and the power of SCOTUS:

These two parties act like children. If these two parties were a fair representation of everyone's kids abortion would be legal and never questioned.

And then we have The attempted leaker Cory Booker... hope they can his ass on intent. Got to wonder if he'd leak that what else has he leaked.
