Gotta like that Strike Silver did the dirty work in the Nitrous race and still won...

I'm done with WP bet's for the day. But...
The in this race at 9-1 is better than those odds. Last work say's he is ready and gets a good jockey. Covered with pick 4's, good luck.

That 8 doesn't mind doing the work for these horses...
I don't know if he's going to stretch out at all in distance? Or needs a softer spot? Or if he's going to get better with age?
I guess 2nd in this spot is a decent payday...

'even-steven' slow day thus far making no ground on the bankroll...
Top it off someone finished off the seafood that was going to be a starter to lunch... Came up with some interesting julienne sliced zucchini with some dry broiled bacon pieces , lemon , white whine , and have to add the home-made 'OLD BAY' for maryland touch to carry the weight of the last batch of linguini
hope to do the same with the last half of racing...
DEL MAR 3rd race - Peter Miller's is ice-cold. Drawing Away Stables is ice cold for a betting ownership group...
Tough to fault the heavy fav
Is interesting as perhaps quicker out of the gate for a red-hot Hollendorfer barn... but a touch cheap. Tough betting race for me.. .

Going with a old Nebraska stand-by tonight. A nice thick New York strip steak with field fresh corn on the cob cooked on the grill.

Can't beat a good steak.
Saratoga r10 Diana - I'll just watch this one. Looks like a Chad Brown showcase...
The interesting thing is whether someone will try to sneak out on the front.
Rosario 5 and Leparoux 7 perhaps? Then will we see the third-string Brown New mONEY Honey go up to bother them??
just watching

Too Close for me to call
??
didn't bet , or use the 5,7
That seems to be a trend here... tight course and classy big named closers in these turf routes , and then someone who decides to use speed gets a board spot that didn't appear logical on paper
wow the nailed her at the wire!
really glad I didn't go in on the 57
Javier on the New Money Honey looked like he was looking around to bother any gate speed, - but Chad's 6 broke almost too well, 6 broke on top, and Javier had to just sit back and stay out of the fray...

Good luck
Another tough race for me.
Lots of hard-hitting tough early pace in here...
I don't know if that means a stalker is going to inherit a winning trip, or it's going to be a gladiator battle up front with the speed-of-speeds winning?
seems like a cool horse, but the public is on to him and the price is meager...
both seem like the type to benefit in some fashion

That face you make when you see there's a 1 1/8 mile dirt race and then realize there's only five runners:

Won't be around here so posting early! Best of luck! And hopefully a better day to me after a 1 for 10 day yesterday, but I can't argue with a 45% Winners percent.

Thankfully Saratoga R5 looks good. Dirt 1 1/8 w/ 8 runners and all trainers have a single interest. R7 dirt 7f looks good too, field of 9, Chad Brown has two runners.
Gonna take a look and see if the W Lukas 20-1 has a shot in R7.

Race #1:
Looks like the favorite is going to be strong here. Try to make it into a good situation.
