If you read the article it doesn't identify individuals, just "infer" their possible location of where they lived or worked. However, I'm sure with enough digging law enforcement could identify individuals.
Based on what I'm reading I wonder if P Diddy was running a similar operation where he was taping people doing compromising things, though in his case I doubt it was an intelligence operation, but you never know.
