I've showed a profit the over last 30 days at DEL & PID playing Pick 3s and Trifectas, of all things, using the Best5 Consensus in conjunction with my old superfecta handicapping method. Hasn't worked on supers for over 5 years, but it's working now on Tris if I box the top 3 that match the Consensus.
It's a beautiful thing!
Can't pick a winner to save my bacon, but hey, maybe I'll figure that out eventually.

When they meet my other criteria AND Consensus agrees, then, yup. I've got a really old version of Handi-Fast that worked well on the Supers lo these many years ago, until, of course, it didn't. I dusted it off as part of my arsenal a while back and it really helps on the tris at these 2 tracks. When I get three that agree in a row, then it's Pick 3 time! I haven't run the data, but it seems like you could almost be close profitable just boxing the top 3 Consensus.

There was a gentleman who was betting top 2 over top 3---without any odds min---and somehow showed a profit....at least for that day.

Isn't that always the way? I'll say "Whoa! Got a sure fire method this time, honey!" And bet and bet and buy dinner and bet and "Whoa! What happened to my bankroll?"

Such a fun game, always keeps you guessing!
