I'm not against racing those 2 year old well-bred stamina types who eventually go long routes like they have like over at Ascot this week. You have to put some serious foundation into them to go long, and you have to do it early. But they aren't treated like quarterhorses.
The win early "fashionably bred" baby sprinters at places like saratoga and watching jockeys whip the heck out of them is of no interest to me and makes me cringe.
