Can't read videos: Clear and irrefutably conclusive . . .

The fouls are quite clear and easy to see.
At 23 seconds in the first video, notice Saez’s right hand and wrist are on the left side of Maximum Security’s neck. When Saez thrusts forward on the left side, it forces the colt out to the right - clear and easy to see, absolutely and fully intentional with malice a forethought. Notice the position of the right hand of all other jockeys is opposite that of Saez.
While Saez causes outside interference, Velasquez and Code of Honor to get through on the inside. At 2:10 in the second video, Saez moves left (notice the outside to inside tire tracks), brushes against them halting their momentum. As there could be no other way, the best horse in the race, War of Will comes back to Saez’s outside. At 2:25 in the video you can see, once again, Saez “scrubs” against the left side of Maximum Security’s neck, forcing him to veer out (inside to outside tire tracks) into the path of War of Will who then backs out of it.
Evidence indicates the Stewards made the correct decision. More importantly, we are all fortunate that the reckless riding by Saez did not cause a terrible mishap that would have put the final nail in the coffin of a great and dying sport.

I agree Jay....but then again, they are arguing with an attorney in Dilan who's trained to spin "facts" real or imagined--to fit their agenda.
My only beef with the whole thing--in the 140+ previous Derbys common sense tells you there have been a hell of a lot more blatant fouls that were never called. After looking at about 80 replays from 5 camera angles for 25 minutes--THIS IS THE ONE THEY DECIDE IS WORTHY OF A DISQUALIFICATION?

It's all in the video . . . and quite easy to see.
It's a tough game and will remain so . . .

That's no libel.

Have you ever ridden a horse? Do you know how wide a horse's field of view is?

I figure with enough of these videos, that puts an end to the argument as to whether or not a foul[s] were committed by Saez. So glad and relieved we didn't have a major pile up . . .

NBC did show it, as part of a compendium of angles being reviewed.

BINGO!!! Give the man a cigar. You put that many horses in 1 race, you get more bumping and grinding, than in a strip club. The being taken down cost me the Oaks/Derby double, but it was the right thing to do, IMO. Obviously, Twin Spires doesn't agree as they are refunding all WIN,PLACE,SHOW bets on MS. And life goes on.

WoW moves over to his outside cuz it looks like Max is going over to the inside. Max "Nopes" the f out of it, impeding horses, too close. Then Saez says "too wide" and guides him back.
I don't think Saez did it deliberately rather he was legit struggling with Max's actions.
