If anyone’s interested I listed it on EBay.
I’ve been using my own method of board watching which I developed over 45 years ago along with my own variation of Al Illich’s daily double method, while I’ve been stuck in this nursing home these past 3 months. Still in wheelchair. Sucks. The only progress I’ve made is I can do the bed transfer to wheelchair with a walker instead of the Hoya lift.
If anyone’s interested in how I do my board watching method, I’ve posted it on the paceandcap forum with examples starting with my post titled “update” and ending with “ 1 more example of exacta charting”.
I always check the doubles to see if a longshot is taking money first, if so I’ll look further, if not then on to another race.
No pp’s, fancy computer programs Necessary !. Period !!.

I am wondering if anyone has heard of this workout method? It suppose to give summaries of all workouts for each day in one listing making it easier to spot good plays for the upcoming days and/or weeks. Does anyone have this method because if so, I have a bunch of material I can trade for. Thanks so much in advance.
