I might agree if what someone is selling is just three horses with program numbers and some exotic combos, but what if someone produces detailed analysis of every race, providing the reasoning/methodology for the selections (which offers a handicapping lesson) for a fee but ALSO put out free blogs, podcasts, or other, nearly identical information?
I publish detailed selections and analysis for the entire card at a track for a fee, then also take a race or two directly from that sheet and give it away for free online (via twitter or on a track web site), write blogs with multiple races a week and for multiple tracks and make them available for free, record a podcast and make it available for free?
Is any of the other content diminished by the fact there's also a product for sale?
