Is anyone getting tired of the celebrity/politician sexual harrassment headlines?

If you use the Twitter App on your phone and click on the "Search" icon, it forces you to read the top news headlines.

Every single day, it has been "(Insert celebrity/politician) accused of sexual misconduct (insert lengthy amount of time) years ago."

I know this topic is important, but I just wish they'd mix up the news a bit I guess. There must be other things to talk about.

It is the latest fad, maybe that will cut down on the Trump bashing.

let's start going after politician CORRUPTION - we might have to start with the $100 million plus events and then keep lowering it until it is only a couple hundred thousand. instead of jail, give them the double fine option...

Women aren't afraid to step forward anymore. They see others now doing it so they're more than willing to pile on.This not only opens the floodgates, but gives incentive for the fake allegations also.
Must be thousands of prominent high profile men having trouble sleeping these days, not knowing if they're next.
Yes, this is the news that sells well so get used to it.

I'm not tired of it at all. I like seeing the old boys network crash. All these guys who had power and abused it I wanna see crash and burn in a public square. Shamed. Right. Left. Black. White. Don't care. Burn baby burn.

Tom is right no one reports news anymore. It's distorted to whichever awful political party they're affiliated with. And then regurgitated here...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone......

I don’t often 100% agree with a post from you but I guess this is almost the exception.

Remove the smarmy implication that we’re all smarter than all this and I’m all in.

I guess I shouldn’t be all that surprised since it’s not actually a partisan issue.

Sure. Other wedge issues where race or politics come into play are popular.

The media has been instructed to maintain the deluge of divisive and fear-inducing stories to keep the natives restless and distracted. Mission accomplished.

Joe Barton might turn out to be a "man bites dog" story, as it is possible that he was more victim (of revenge porn) than victimizer.

Guys, probably a good idea not to let that gal you're sleeping with take dick pics unless you don't mind them getting shared after you break up with her.

Barton looks like he was victimized / maybe scammed. But, he should know better. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if he stepped aside even though he isn't guilty of harassment in any way.

Regardless of how much you stay in shape, a man in his 60s is a mental midget if he takes dick pics. (and he ain't in shape) it's forty plus years beyond being halfway acceptable behavior.

For anyone not yet tired of the subject, here is the all-time best on the subject. Charlie Rose interviews Kevin Spacey about Bill Clinton's sexual escapades. You can't make that up.

i guess what we have learned from all this is that everyone has flaw's in them, and in case they don't someone will make them up somewhere.

Things were different 40 years ago. 40 years or so ago when I was 34 I married a girl who was 16 years old. The marriage worked for 30 years during which we raised 3 great kids all of whom have graduated from college. We are blessed 3 great Grand Kids.

The age difference eventually caught up with us and we divorced. My ex (we are both still friendly) then became a flight attendant with American Airlines. Truth be known she is a better person today for having met me as opposed to staying with her parents. Does that make me a pedofile?
