he is just another politician. i am not ignoring it though..and what i really am not ignoring are the amount of office buildings that have 70% or more vacancy rates, while those buildings are close to a re-financing stage. Commercial property generally gets financed for terms between 5 and 7 years.
the other thing i am paying close attention to is the price of oil, which for all intense and purposes should be a lot higher right now. its being held down by America turning its back to the release and under the table sales from sanctioned countries like Iran,
Russia and Venezuela. i have no idea why the oil fields in Iran were not blown up after the Iranian attack on Israel.
