I was correct.
OK, I read your post wrong - I read it as Russia being all on Trump.
Distracted here, betting horses is my main activity today.

This is really bad for Trump. The proof of that is this thread has Ben open over eight hours and has only 33 posts. Even the deluded Trump supporters who frequent this board cannot reconcile the conclusions Mueller reached.

Its cited in there. Had Trump's orders been followed he would most certainly have committed obstruction of justice.
But there were not. I'm sure Trump was pissed off about an investigation that HE KNEW was a sham. I'm sure he vocalized his desire to fire Mueller and the rest of the Democratic hit man team they hired to investigate. And his staff talked him out of it. Trump stating his desire to fire Mueller does not amount to obstruction of Justice. Mueller knew this, and his statement that he could not exonerate Trump, was throwing the Dems a bone, his way of flipping the bird to Trump on his way out the door.

Whats to reconcile?? No collusion no obstruction.

Why would they? Every thing they have been saying has been corroborated.
The only reason Trump is not now indicted for obstruction is a DOJ legal opinion on the indictability of a sitting president.

Obviously you don’t know the law. It was mentioned several times today that the attempt is the crime. You do not need to be successful. Also, a prosecutor can prove obstruction without proving an underlying crime.

Please explain how Trump obstructed the investigation?? He may have wanted to fire Mueller, but he did not. How does not firing Mueller obstruct the investigation?

Republicans work during week day work hours. I know that is a difficult concept to grasp for Democrats.

The hemming and hawing I'm seeing is laughable. It is all the same news we have already heard and discussed till now.

In the end, nothing new. Same old news regurgitated with a shiny new bow.

"I couldn't obstruct justice because when I told people do it they were insubordinate and refused to follow orders."

- Trump's legal defense... probably.

Well it should be easy as pie for Nader then. Personally, I hope the Dems impeach, against the background of an investigation into the dossier and fiza warrants and Hillary's emails and the Demwits turn to socialism, smells like victory in 2020.

If he was really serious about firing Mueller, he could have made the call himself. Trump has no problem firing people.
