I'm not writing for a peer-reviewed journal. I'm trying to see if a horse racing system has some merit.

He just stated an observation not relevant for a reasonable test of a horse racing system.

Would it be too much to ask to include the horse's name because of scratches just using the # may be unclear or ambiguous. In case, one wanted to follow along.

for the sake of argument, just place a $2 bet on twinspires (if that is who you use) on all your plays and set the odds at 5/2 @0 min. Just count the ones that go in for a bet.
