Or, "WE" the people, don't need no steenking food stamps anymore.
Or in 2020, "WE" the people will vote for whoever "WE" the people want to.
On our way home from work.
After "WE" the people pick up some steaks to grill while we watch the election coverage.
On "FOX" the news-people.

The question remains , will it be judicially valuable. It seems to me their approach is the president is without fault for "shooting the guy on 5th ave" because it was done in self defense

If you consider evading pertinent questions, not being able to follow along, and vague answers such as "generally true" to be handling himself, then yes. He has followed the instructions of whoever wrote his report for him quite well.
I do have to say, that after watching this, I owe an apology to Barack Obama. He uh, mm, he never, uh, stuttered, uh, um, nearly as ah, um much as uh, Mueller, uh does.
