First Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Been the law of the land for a long time now. like it or not.

Sir Isaac Newton would be disappointed in you. Race based harrasment, incitement of imminent lawless action, and a true threat, are not protected speech.

HELLO? Are you saying these Hamas supporters on college campuses are not VIOLENT? Are you reading the news?
