Over-All Rank = useless

Race Rank = Better

It can be done in Excel


2)

I judge how well a program/picks is by seeing if winners fall into top 2 slots

Also by seeing how priced winners comes in..(3-1 & up)

The Over-All ranking is useful in looking at the Top Two Horses of the day.
Then making adjustments based on their Morning Line Odds.
