Sacramento Fair, July 20th

Yes,Saratoga is the most prestigious race meet in the country. And Del Mar has the beautiful women and the "Where the Surf Meets the Turf" setting. But one question remains.

Do those tracks have MULE RACING?

Didn't think so.

Today's track is Sacramento, part of the California county fair circuit. It has its charms, of course (like those cute little mules hustling down the track) but they also have small fields and consequently small payouts."Bombs Away means a $14.40 score. But that's part of the challenge as I endeavor to keep that ROI on the positive side of the needle until Labor Day.

All bets are W/p , unless otherwise indicated. If scratches occur I will change it unless betting on that race has already begun, in which case it is a non-bet.

R1 (mules)
R2.
R3.

R4.
R5.
R6.

R7.
R8.

Good luck to all.

If you like electronic music, then Kraftwerk are your boys.Their Top 20 hit from 1975.Sounds like the German Beach Boys but their singing ' fahrn, fahrn fahrn on zie Autobahn" not "fun, fun, fun" 'fahrn' means drive in German

Bet. $ 32.00. Won 16.30. Loss 15.70

YTD (11 tracks July 10-20) Bet. $360. Won $395.30. ROI. $1.10
.
In my defense,Your Honor, Sacramento had 51 entries for 8 races but 11 scratches brought that down to 40 (5 per race).Tough to make much headway with those numbers.

Poor,poor,pitiful me.
