Trump's policy of forcibly taking migrant children from their parents
..as a "tough deterrent", is taking a LOT of heat. Chris Hayes tells the story:
The storm of criticism has naturally irritated Trump, who of course decided to just lie about it..

Parents are told in advance that if they cross the border they will be separated from their children.
The adult parents who are choosing to break the law are responsible for the subsequent events of separation from their children.
Why are those parents so stupid in making that choice??

Parents and children who are crossing the border and requesting asylum (not trying to sneak in) are being separated as a punishment for doing so, and to serve as a deterrent. You know, the "American Way".
Also, there is no law requiring kids to be stripped from their parents. It's purely punitive.

Punishment? There is no factual foundation to this claim. Your bullshit party is portraying it to appear this way. Just another example of the left lying and trying to sell fake garbage to simple minded people for votes.
You and hcap with his silly graphs are 2 of such people.

Let's not pretend these families aren't doing anything wrong. Don't illegally cross the border. Is it that hard to respect another country's border?
Anyways, whatever they're saying about separating the kids is probably a twisted story to make people feel bad. There's always another side.
Illegal immigration is illegal. I wish they'd call it what it is. You want to help illegal immigrants and not punish them? Then at least acknowledge they're doing something wrong. Don't just say they're the same as anyone who follows the rules.

Maybe Trump should have warned them in Spanish or in whatever Hispanic dialect they speak.
You know...this is the world in which we live today. You go buy an appliance or something and the user's manual is in at least 5 lingoes.

So, you advocate for the kids getting tossed into the same jail cell as their law-breaking parents? I don't believe any of our prisons have maternity wards, or child care facilities on premise.

"If you cross the border unlawfully, then we will prosecute you. It’s that simple," Sessions said. "If you smuggle illegal aliens across our border, then we will prosecute you. If you are smuggling a child, then we will prosecute you and that child may be separated from you as required by law."
Sessions' so-called "zero tolerance policy" raises the possibility that immigration authorities could separate parents from their children whenever a family is apprehended attempting to cross the border. The Wall Street Journal, citing the Department of Health and Human Services, reported earlier Monday that 700 children had been separated from their families since October of last year.
(emphasis mine).

So...here's the thing, Fanny. If foreign adults do the crime by coming here illegally, they should be prepared to do the time. AND...if those foreign adults have kiddies with them, the kids cannot go to jail with their parents. They must be separated from them. And apparently, there is a law that sanctions this separation.
It actually sounds like a humane policy to me. Shirely, you don't want kids who don't know right from wrong spending time in jail or prison with their parents who do, right?

Ding ding ding ding.
The kids are in no way in any danger or hardship - they are are also not in a jail cell, where the parents belong.
Didn't 0bama invite them all here?
Where is his house - we can drop them off there.
Sad situation, but not one Trump caused.
Note to Mexico - actions have consequences.

Sure they are sneaking in and when and only when caught request asylum.
I mean look at video you posted does that look like they are walking into a Border Station or a back woods trek to avoid them. To me it looks like avoidance.
