Well everybody....somebody changed how many images we can use in a post just now...It used to be 80 and now it is set at 20...so I guess that I can't do Realm anymore...I guess it takes up too much space or Mike just doesn't want me doing this on his site anymore....I guess Augenj will have some issues too as he uses more than 20 images as well..

Yeah, this thread serves zero purpose for anyone but yourself...

Limit set at 50 now...no need to hamper anyone else who's posts actually can be deciphered by the majority.

How do you know that...? I invite those who have viewed the thread over 2350 times to judge for themselves and chime in on this...
...Yes, I admit, I am following the path of my own creativity...Nitro creates threads for himself, so does Augenj....and Pecci and Oracle as well...Even the Religious Thread is in some ways Boxcar's personal "Realm"...

Realm is very simple and easily deciphered and understood by any who take the slightest time to do so and are interested in it....plus it is fun to keep up with how it is being developed....it is no different than learning any new language, symbolic or other...

Realm has already led to some interesting results, at least for me anyway, and one never knows where creative processes will ultimately lead...sometimes to surprising results...

But I understand if using 80 images causes an issue or present problems for the server....Yet you have already indicated that this is NOT the case....? So I am left wondering if it is a personal issue...

It is. I don't like this thread.

And the absolute LACK of participation by anyone except you is a further clue that nobody else can understand it.

And yes, I don't like the use of all these emoticons in a single thread...it's a lot of images to load on every page, even though the images themselves are small individually...it's still a ton of files to load on every single page.

So I'm pretty much going to just close the thread eventually...

There are lots of threads where few participate...that should not be the test for value...I can understand if using lots of mogees causes problems...that is not a personal issue...

Realm is a simple concept, there is no reason why people cannot understand it...and it is still in the process of development, which I have said before, so some confusion is to be expected...

Lots of views of the thread so people are looking at it...Give it some time...I'll try not to overuse the mojees...

...if not I'll use a non-mojee format, if that is acceptable to you...

I merely said it was a further clue...I didn't say it was the be-all end-all.

I'm well aware there are long threads on here with little to no participation other than the creator.

"From the variety of posts that you’ve made across the spectrum of the PA form, I came to the conclusion some time ago that you haven’t gone into the depths of the horse racing game for any length of time.

I say that only because most seasoned players recognize the following commonly known average statistics related to the results of most race conditions at many tracks:

1st betting choice Wins – 33 to 34% of the time
1st or 2nd betting choice Wins – 55 to 56% of the time
1st or 2nd or 3rd betting choice Wins – 64 to 65% of the time
1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th betting choice Wins – 76 to 77% of the time
5th choice (or typical LS) Wins 23% of the time

So, it’s no coincidence that the tote analysis will provide 2 Keys that are among the Top 4 betting choices."

And my conjecture is that in upwards of 95% of the time The Tote Analysis Key1 Selection will be the post time favorite...So we know what at least 25% of your "method" involves...it is likely that the next 25% of your method involves the selection of a (A horse with odds of 10-1 or less) as Key2 (probably a bet-down one)....so we now know what at least 50% of your "method" involves...

The stats I require to develop Realm further then, would be the following:

=Aggregate Percentage for Favorite achieving a Top 4 Placing.
=Aggregate Percentage for any horse less than 10-1, excluding the favorite, achieving a Top 4 Placing.
=Aggregate Percentage for any horse equal to or greater than 10-1 achieving a Top 4 Placing.

As a percentage of the sum of the Top 4 positions for all races counted...

For example, the favorite could have no higher percentage than 25% because he could at best appear only once in the 4 count of any given race...he would have to finish in the Top 4 for All Races in order to receive a ideal 25%.

The conjectural expected results would be in the neighborhood of:
20%
75%
45%
