Trump's a clown.

Your comment about NBC doesn't even make sense.

Of course , now he's going to sue NBC. That seems to be his answer to everything. I guess he's gonna sue ISIS, the Iranian government and anyone else who gets in his way ! Oh, Budddah !

I predict that the GOP will take him aside and request that he drop out of the race before too long. probably before the first debate. Can you imagine what a comedy show that would be with him standing there . One for the ages ! Funnier than Modern Family, The Simpsons and Seinfeld put together.

This is getting to be fun.

I have to admire his willingness to stick by what he said despite the negative financial implications. Most people would have run away and hid with their tail between their legs. I'm not going to vote for him, but I'm glad there's someone in America that doesn't need a testosterone shot.

I really hope I'm not the only one that find this hilarious.

I'm sure Fox News will pick him up for something after he inevitably drops out. "Fireside Chats With The Don." Haha just keep the hair product away!

If he's still in it, I'm gonna circle the date of the first debate on my calendar, make a big bowl of popcorn, and be sure to be in front of my TV that night !

Depends on how much money his mouth has lost him by then.

Do you think NBC is thinking ahead to broadcasting one of the debates with him on their network?

Ratings are $$ to them.

There's no way that Trump would debate, unless paid an astronomical sum.
It's way too early for anything like a debate. He'll be out of the race by then.

I was unaware those debating were paid any amount. I thought those eligible were based on some standing in the polls e.g., the top four etc.

I listened to some of Trump's announcement speech where he stated he was willing to self fund his campaign (probably to some $ level).

Btw, I don't like the guy, mostly because of his stands on issues and his comments in general. He always seems to have one whether his opinion is asked or not.

I've seen this phenomenon before. Sometimes when very rich men get a little older and have "F You" money, they stop holding back on what they think because they stop caring what other people might think or how it might impact their earnings power. He's a little young to be at that stage, but he does have the money to both finance a lengthy campaign the way Ross Perot did and he also doesn't seem to give a crap what people think anymore.

Really, what he's saying is not far out of line. He just said it in the worst possible way. If he would have simply said something like "To be successful in the US economy at this time requires significant education and skills. Many of the illegal immigrants from Mexico are not coming into the country with college degrees that will prepare them for high tech jobs, jobs in finance etc... They are illegals that are under-educated and that have few of the skills required to be successful. So they are putting an extra burden on already stressed social services, police, border patrols, health care facilities, etc.. that are needed by US citizens and immigrants that are here legally".

Same thing without the craziness.
