Actually 1, 3 and 5
Very close to what cooked Nixon's goose
ArticleI : Obstruction of Justice I
Coming up if Chumpuy continues:
Article III: Contempt of Congres
Article V: Failure to pay taxes
Nixon had the good sense to resign.
I see none in King Donald the False

Could be correct but you are underestimating the knives out to cut him to shreds.
The threat is real and allows congress to investigate all the leads and loose strings of the Mueller report as well as all the voluminous wrong doings handed off to other venues, like the SDNY who has him dead to rights as an unindicted co-conspirator for election fraud.
It does not have to be officially labelled impeachment. To expose him.
The inquiries going on now and the ones that will develop convince me....
It's only a matter of time.

Pach says the walls are closing in for the 800th straight day.
I'd listen to this guy.

even the most qualified candidate ever agrees with you. I wonder if she feels she obstructed justice?

Who is Pach?
Whoever he is, he andf you gents suffer from the same failure to conceive of all the middle ground between black and white. It is a continuous process that has been closing in since Chujmpy's inauguration. Aggravated by the many time he has put his foot in his mouth

Pach is you. In the Bizarro world you live among.
You call yourself Hcap, I'll call you Pach.
I'm 99% sure that if I disagree with everything you say, I'll be right 99% of the time. Thus Pach.

He's got a better resume than Hillary does... or anybody in modern history aside from maybe Bush Sr.

Last president to live up to his resume was LBJ.
Guess you’d have to include Nixon also but Johnson was the ‘gold standard’.

Gotta agree here.
LBJ did some major work in his time.
Had he not listened to the idiots in the Pentagon, he would have done much more in his next term.
Even as a democrat, I rank him one our best in modern times.

Glad I saw this in time to watch the replay at midnight.
Lots of "knockout blows" as hcap would say look to be on the way from the Ukraine and the emails found here.
Should get interesting really quick.

Judge Andrew Napolitano: Did President Trump obstruct justice?
https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/judg...struct-justice
Mueller laid out at least a half-dozen crimes of obstruction committed by Trump -- from asking former Deputy National Security Adviser K.T. McFarland to write an untruthful letter about the reason for Flynn's chat with Kislyak, to asking Corey Lewandowski and then-former White House Counse lDon McGahn to fire Mueller and McGahn to lie about it, to firing Comey to impede the FBI's investigations, to dangling a pardon in front of Michael Cohen to stay silent, to ordering his aides to hide and delete records.
The essence of obstruction is deception or diversion -- to prevent the government from finding the truth. To Mueller, the issue was not if Trump committed crimes of obstruction. Rather, it was if Trump could be charged successfully with those crimes.
Even FauxNews is turning on Hair Furor.
What do you FauxNews fans say about this?
