Save your "Cookies" but clear your "Cache" - should correct any issues using Twinspires.

If it does not, Call Tech Support for further support. Best of luck!

As some one who has dealt with tech support at Twinspires, I wish you the Best of Luck(to quote spicemaster)to get anybody who can solve the issue or somebody who cares.
Has anybody at Twinspires thought that it would be a good idea to treat the racing customer as great as they treat their casino customers???
Keep fixing things that aren't broke twinspires! I encourage others to find another ADW and NEVER VISIT A TWINSPIRES CASINO PROPERTY!!!

Player Services and Tech Support is staffed and happy to help - they fix lots of local issues everyday.
I encourage you to give them a chance if you have an issue. Unfortunately, sometimes the "issue" is really a defect that must be fixed. It doesn't mean Tech Support failed. It means TS has work to do.
molson, Zydeco's particular issue was solved by clearing cookies and cache.
As always, best of luck!

"molson, Zydeco's particular issue was solved by clearing cookies and

Is Twinspires.com now paying you to make things up(lie)? How much stock do you own in this CASINO company?? I don't know about Zydeco but my issue WAS NOT SOLVED BY CLEARING COOKIES AND CACHE!!.
Churchill and Twinspires.com are not the friend of racing in the state of Kentucky! Nobody in this CORPORATION is moved by My Old Kentucky Home.
Integrity, something long forgotten and definitely has no SPICE!

Molson, what are you talking about? Lying? Making stuff up??
You copied and replied to my response to zydeco about clearing cookies and cache for an issue they were having. That is what fixed that particular issue.
Nothing else was mentioned in your post except some rant about casino properties.
If you are having a different issue, please call Player Services.
Have a nice day.

Something quite upsetting has been happening to me on Twinspires for the last week or so. When I submit my wager while using the express/pro interface, the bet is slow in being processed...and I am told to wait, while a little wheel turns to show me that the bet is in transit. But the wheel never stops spinning, the bet is never recorded...and the only way to bypass this is to log out and log back in again, which leads to getting shut out of the pool. And, no...my internet and my computer are not to blame. This has been happening to me about twice a day...and it's causing me considerable aggravation. Anybody else here experiencing this?

I know what you mean. I've had it happen a couple times recently while using Twinspires TV. It happened in the last couple of races of the card. The first time I logged out and then logged back in and placed my bet. The second time I switched over to the new interface and was able to get the bet placed without logging out and back in. The spinning wheel does time out and a message pops up in a gray back saying to check my bets, not exact words.

Yes, I've experienced the same problem. I have to hit the refresh button to get the thing to work again.

Why would a competent organization put up a new new page without first fully testing it and getting tons of feedback from customers using all the different browsers?
The TS site is a pathetically amatuerish piece of crap.
Moved 90% of all my $$$ to Xpressbet.

Anyone else have Fairground & "Express Pro" video problems recently @ TS?
Both video 1+2 don't load at all on the Express Pro format anymore[Firefox BTW][on purpose?;to begin subtly forcing a switchover on hold outs],everything works on whatever the new system is called except Fairgronds.
Contacted customer service they checked, and asked tech support about it too,it's supposed to be working, yet not on my computer.Got all sort of suggestions even though every other tracks feed comes through.
Strange situation...

Pretty much the same for me, using Xpressbet almost exclusively since December 10th.
Then this morning, Xpressbet drops the ball on the 10th race from Sha Tin (keeping Japan up through the system reboot, and then restoring Sha Tin but with no betting, then cutting off the video feed with one minute to post), so I had to log back into TS to make a bet and watch the race. Am kinda surprised the new interface is still there. Figured the handle might drop enough that TS would be forced to bring back the older design.
It would be acceptable if you could still pick the Winticket or Youbet menus under preferences AND SAVE the setting, but to be traumatized by the new interface each time you log in is too much.
While at the NHC I wanted to ask the TS rep there if they were going to provide that capability, but he looked less than happy with the world every time I strolled by - and I think it's pretty much a lost cause anyway.

Just saw this ,hence the tardy reply. I ,too, have been having problems with Fairgrounds . Even if I get it to play I very seldom get to see the entire race.
Most of the other tracks are fair to good . Sound varies a lot from track to track ,it seems possible to me to boost the audio to a satisfactorily level before re-transmitting it. I wonder if they ever thought of monitoring the video/audio at different locations throughout their broadcast area ?
