Did you get yours on Amazon and how much GB is on your iPad Pro?

Wanting a iPad but I just want one for a good price but enough GB to use it for handicapping purposes (between 64-highest GB)

I got mine direct from Apple. There are no discounts on the new IPad Pro, yet. I bought 128 gig, which is plenty. In fact the iPad Pro I’m writing this on is only 64 gig. And I just looked, I’m only using 35 gig and I’ve had this 2 years.

If I go to the races I load up pdf forms and Jcapper reports in pdf and all I take is my iPad with me. No laptop, bag etc. I haven’t used Jcapper in years and rarely go to the track anymore but it makes it easy if you want to markup forms etc. Timeforms website works great on it too

Everything in that link above is not the latest greatest, but it’s all very capable.

I run my company (90% anyway) on the IPad Pro

So the company pays for mine. I got the cellular 5G model and spent $1500

iPad Pro is the only Apple computer I use. But I use it for 90% of my computing. Including all the security equipment at home and at the restaurant. Being able to see my cameras etc on an iPad in about 30 seconds, is awesome. Plus payroll and HR stuff being at my fingertips is nice.

I hope you like it. I’ve got the 12.9 inch pro with the M1 chip.

So far it’s only really impressed me with the new speakers being much better and WiFi chip being faster. I’m on the edge of a 5G zone and actuality get 5G cell sometimes. It’s pretty good.

Here’s my latest iPad tip. The “screen recorder “ is a great tool.

I had a burglary from a car at my restaurant a week or so ago.

A gun was taken, a targeted theft, they knew he kept a gun in his truck.

I was at home. Logged in remotely to my rest. Cameras and instead of having to go in to download video for the police, I ran the video back on my iPad, used the iPad screen recorder and almost instantly uploaded the video to YouTube for the police to see.

Explore those apps Jack. Lots of good ones out there
