makes a lot of sense...

I'll have to see if xbtv has any of his recent works, or I'll at least review the worktab

Hopefully he can break, and show decent tactical speed.

He'll be a SHORT price (I'd guess, w/out the PPs), but I'll be rooting for him!

Haven't heard yet.

The race turned out to be a pretty quick one.

The scratch can't be a good sign. I haven't heard anything, but either something is amiss or they thought that spot was kind of tough. Either way, it's not confidence inspiring.

I don't blame anyone for not running at Los Al, quirky track that produces some pretty crazy results.

Although Baffert generally seems to be one who’s in the “run at Los Al” rather than the “avoid Los Al” camp for the most part.

yea, agree. Seems like a pretty safe track which I guess is a plus.

I think Baffert supports it due to the ownership and his quarter horse ties.

Its like 6 weeks a year there so its hard not to run there.

Just saying that lots of horses had lots of time off, should be full fields at SA......Right?

If that's the case, then it would be fine.

Why even bother entering in the ALW race if you already have a stake as the target unless you were initially afraid the stake wouldn't fill and have since heard it should be fine.
