Cancer-killing pill that annihilates tumors hailed as 'holy grail' breakthrough
https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/oth...gh/ar-AA1eDRLr
I have my doubts...but hey...if they intend on offing half the population by other means, in the next couple of years, they can afford to then cure cancer I suppose...but again, I have my doubts...lol

Scientists have developed a ‘holy grail’ molecule that kills all solid cancer tumours, leaving healthy cells unaffected.
The team at the City of Hope, one of the largest cancer research and treatment organisations in the US, made the breakthrough against the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) protein.
In a mutated form PCNA is critical in DNA replication and repair of all expanding tumours, but a molecule developed by the team, AOH1996, targets and kills the mutated PCNA.

excellent news, a long time coming but when the researchers turned to immune therapy, a quantum leap in outcomes was realized

Since the varied pathological process of dystrophic changes in various tissues. it is difficult to believe that "one size fits all." Wishful thinking would be that conclusion, but hormonally regulated tissues (female vs male tissues, pancreatic, thyroid, gut GI co factors of hormonal origin), connective tissue, vascular tissue, endoderm, mesoderm, retained fetal tissues, direct poisonings by chemicals, "slow viruses,", alternations in stem cell production (either over or under production), transitional cell cancers of the bladder and genitourinary system, mixed tissue tumors, just TOO much variation for one size fits all as none of these are actually the same disease.
Melanoma is nothing like colon cancer or pancreatic....

I tend to celebrate developments like this. Why would anyone not?
Must everything be a political contest?

Oh boy, more big medical terms, you are so blessed to know those, you should be so proud of yourself, because no one else cares. You actually could contribute something here, but you chose not to.
