Pacman Jones retires.
Adam Pacman Jones retires after 13 seasons in the NFL, well 12, if you throw out a year's suspension. His stats are interesting:
Total tackles: 507
Interceptions: 17
Pass deflections: 92
Forced fumbles: 7
Total return yards: 5,179
Total touchdowns: 8
One pro-bowl
Multiple felony & misdemeanor arrests; one incident in a nightclub where he was "making it rain" $100 bills with a friend named( I kid you not) Richie Rich. Many of his incidents involve strippers, bodyguards, drug dealers who were close friends, one where his Cadillac was being used a mule's transport with "Pacman" stitched into the driver's seat. Pacman loaned the car to the mule, but didn't know what he intended to do with it. Roger Goodell sent a letter to Jones saying, " these incidents show the continuation of a disturbing pattern of behavior and clearly inconsistent with the conditions I set for your continued participation in the NFL."
Of course he's recently seemed to have mellowed since he's only had a few incidents in 2017, 2018, and as recently as Feb, 2019. I doubt if we ever hear of any more problems with the Pacman.
