His mistake was he listened to the democrats and signed the tax increases, then THEY used it against him. And of course, Ross Perot. CLINTON was NOT a majority president.
A better example might be HILLARY - sure-thing at 9:00 election night.......then came the results!

The only reason Trump is favorite at all is because betting on anyone else,
whether Republican or Democrat, requires a lot more hoops to jump through before you win.
It's like betting a parlay - so you better get paid accordingly.
