So Mueller blinked on the subpoena issue? Is a-ok with written answers to the collusion questions only. My how the mighty have fallen.
As HCAP would say, Mueller has Chumpy right where he wants him.

Only on the collusion issue.
The move by Mueller comes after he has issued two lengthy indictments detailing Russian efforts to interfere in the presidential campaign. Mueller has also probed a June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower between Donald Trump Jr. and a Russian lawyer he believed to have derogatory information on Democrat Hillary Clinton. Trump Jr. took the meeting, emails show, after it was described as part of a Russian government effort to help his father’s campaign. Trump has said he knew nothing about the meeting before it happened.
...In his letter, Mueller did not address whether he had ruled out the idea of subpoenaing Trump or might push for a voluntary interview on later. The letter was first reported by the New York Times.
On the other hand Mueller will not accept a written response to obstruction of justice. My guess is Mueller has pinned down the collusion with many other sources, but OOJ in court requires a more difficult understanding of "intent" and Chumpy's state of mind. Chumpy's "State of mind" as Bob Woodward is exposing an extremely vague and perhaps absent totally

Mueller better do something quick before he gets exposed and implicated with Weismann, Ohr, Comey, Strozk, and the rest of the top DOJ/FBI that don't need Trump to tell them what to do, because the KNOW what is good for the country

When it comes to Trump specifically, Mueller is a slow rolling gray hat.....No charges will ever be brought forward concerning the POTUS.

No! We have been through this many times before. Stop watching Faux and reading Breitbart. The MSM media would do you some good. I know Palin-ites are stuck hating the Lamestream media and never bother to think rationally. But becoming truly fair and balanced is far better than alt right conspiracy theories

In a nutshell.. Mueller was appointed to determine Collusion.
But as we all know the nuts has left the shell and have been wandering the field picking up every rock and grasping every straw.
As there is no collusion... and you know it, it's been stated so by Rod.
Mueller is at the end of his cord and soon the plug will be pulled.

Actually he was appointed soon after Chump fired Comey. Congress was worried about obstruction of Justice by the preznit
